What happens if my order(s) got lost or damaged in transit?

We will make every effort to assist in contacting the courier providers and get for you any possible compensation in the event that the product(s) are damaged or lost during shipment. If we properly package and ship your orders to the address provided, we won't be held accountable for any of the aforementioned issues because once the packages are picked up by couriers, we have no control over them.
