Shipping Policy
1. GENERAL
Depending on stock availability, Beyond Retail reserves the right to cancel or alter an order placed on our website. Although, we make every effort to keep our website up to date with correct stock counts, occasionally there could be a disparity in stock, meaning we might not be able to fulfill all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send you a list of the products that are in stock and get in touch with you to either wait for the backordered item to be restocked or have a refund issued.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES
During the checkout process, shipping charges are computed depending on the weight, dimensions, and final destination of the products in the order. The shipping fee will be collected at the time of purchase. This amount represents the total cost of shipping to the consumer.​

3.1 RETURNS OWING TO A CHANGE OF MIND
No returns or refunds will be entertained if the customer has a change of mind after making a purchase with us. All sales are final and we hold no accountability on the grounds of sizing, change of personal opinion and competitive prices in the market.

3.2 RETURNS SUBJECTED TO INCORRECT SIZING
We encourage you to cross verify the size guide provided by the manufacturer to assist with suitable sizing. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be processed if the customer picks the wrong size, irrespective of whether the product bought is unopened, unused or untouched.

3.3 RETURNS & COMPENSATIONS FOR PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT​
We ensure all products shipped are flawlessly secured and well packed. Incase of an untimely occurrence, we kindly request you to reach out to us as soon as possible. Once presented with the issue, we will start the investigation and look into the case. If the fault is on our side, we are obliged to provide our buyers a compensation, not a refund or replacement. However, if the fault is not from our end, we thereby hold no obligation towards the buyer and the buyer must approach the concerned shipping entity to take any necessary legal actions.

3.4 PARCELS LOST IN TRANSIT
We rely on the most trusted entities to handle our shipments. However, if a shipment is declared 'lost' by the courier, we are not responsible nor obliged to offer any refund or compensation.
